I am dying to photoblog. I've always had an obsession with photography and I have various scrapbooks, photo albums and hundreds of loose photos, but no digital camera with which to email and blog my photos. I'm thinking that my senior year might be the perfect time to invest in a nice Canon digital camera. Nothing too fancy, just something small with the right number of megapixels.

Do not fall asleep on a pile of change (in my case, the contents of my tip bag for today). The coins will stick to your leg, even after you wake up and shake it around. And then they'll leave really cute red marks up and down the length of your leg, so that when you go to (the very un-airconditioned) church your legs will have to be fully covered, despite the heat and humidity.

Three more days until I'm in California! I've finally reached the best part of the summer: the part where I can say, "Less than a week until I go back to school!". Everyone at work thinks that I'm a total crazy for looking forward to school (they do not regard educational activites affectionately and do not, to the best of my knowledge, ever participate in them), but I really and truly am. Socializing+Intellectual Stimulation=Happy Me!

I'm almost done with War & Peace, but I'm no longer very worried about finishing it in time. This is because I just figured out that I have a four hour layover on Saturday, in addition to the six hours of the day that I'll spend flying. And if that's not enough time to finish about 150 pages, then I don't know what is. Unfortunately, though it will be productive, I know that the layover is going to suck. The flying part is tedious enough, but the sitting-around-and-waiting-to-fly part is really, really tedious.

you think that's bad? my flight leaves at 6:30, so I'm up and leaving around 3. Not cool. superfluously sucktastic.
